Program description

The CoverageLit Lab SMS Program is an optional text-message program operated by CoverageLit Lab, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC. Subscribers may separately choose account notifications about their account, requests, and preferences, or recurring marketing messages about CoverageLit Lab research, releases, and resources.

The program does not send insurance quotes, applications, eligibility screening, agent outreach, or marketing on behalf of third parties.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: I agree to receive account notifications text messages from CoverageLit Lab related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. CoverageLit Lab does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.
• Marketing: I agree to receive recurring marketing SMS messages from CoverageLit Lab, including promotional offers, announcements about new CoverageLit Lab products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Opt-in method

You join by completing the form at https://coveragelitlab.com/subscribe (or its equivalent page at https://coveragelitlab.com/learn), entering your mobile number, and checking the specific SMS consent box for the category you want. Providing a phone number without checking a consent box does not enroll you. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message identifying CoverageLit Lab and the category you selected.

Message frequency

Account-notification frequency varies. Marketing is limited to up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from the program unless you opt in again.

Example confirmation: CoverageLit Lab: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the owner or authorised user of the mobile number you provide. Supported carriers may vary.

Privacy

Information collected through the program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
